Formación

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing financial models.

Your Mission:

As an Energy Quantitative Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing and structuring carbon-free energy products to power industrial growth and transformation in Southern Europe. What will you do?

  • Coordinate preparation and maintain energy portfolio management policy.
  • Coordinate and curate commodities prices projection sources.
  • Model energy prices projections based on commodities price curves, capture factors, basis risk, and curtailment.
  • Model energy management systems and participate in various markets.
  • Valuate contracts and options.
  • Prepare and maintain energy portfolio management tools.
  • Calculate and report Value at Risk variations.
  • Assess regulation changes.
  • Design and maintain reporting dashboards for sales and market operations.
What are we looking for?
  • 5 years’ trading experience in the commodities or finance sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of energy and derivatives markets (MIBEL, MIBGAS, OMIP, EEX).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing financial models.
  • Deep knowledge of Excel, options, algorithmic trading, Python, R, or similar coding skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency, as you will be working in a multinational environment.
