Job summary
Caely Renewables is seeking a Sales Trader to develop and grow Caely's activity in the Spanish market, focusing on energy efficiency projects and CAEs. You will combine technical analysis with commercial activities to identify opportunities and structure value-creating transactions for clients and Caely.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in energy efficiency projects (3–6 years).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with CAE/CMVP/IPMVP a plus.
- Proficient with Excel; programming or AI tools an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyse energy efficiency projects to assess CAE eligibility.
- Identify, calculate, validate, monitor, and develop CAE projects.
- Calculate energy savings and baselines per IPMVP where applicable.
- Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, ESCOs, and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities via cold calling and market research.
- Support the commercial team in managing the client portfolio.
- Structure transactions meeting client needs and Caely's objectives.
- Conduct market research on trends in Spanish energy efficiency.
