Drees & Sommer invites applications for an Endpoint Management Specialist to join our IT team in Málaga. The role covers advanced endpoint management, security, and deployment across regions with night shifts (6 p.m.–2 a.m.).

You’ll help shape secure endpoint architectures, support Intune and 365 services, and contribute to ongoing improvements in a multinational setting. We value proactive engineers who can manage incidents end-to-end, document procedures, and collaborate in a diverse team.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, IT Operations, or advanced IT Support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions.
• Knowledge of software packaging and application deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of endpoint security and compliance concepts.
• Basic PowerShell knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent English (C1 or C2).

Mansioni

• Provide Level 2/3 support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and device management issues.
• Manage incidents through their full lifecycle and perform root cause analysis.
• Support user onboarding, offboarding, and device provisioning activities.

We are looking for an Endpoint Management Specialist profile to join our IT team. The position provides advanced technical support to internal users across different countries and global regions, while also contributing to system administration and network operations to ensure stable and secure IT services. Key responsibilities:

Endpoint Operations & Support
