Iron Mountain seeks a Grid Interconnection & Power Delivery Lead Europe to secure access to power for our data center portfolio. You will coordinate grid connection activities, negotiate with European TSOs/DSOs, and translate contracts into actionable timelines for project teams.

You will orchestrate cross‑functional efforts, manage contract lifecycles, and travel across Europe to ensure milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

Formación

• Knowledge of electrical system components and voltages relevant to power delivery contracts.
• Experience negotiating grid access with European TSOs and DSOs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs.

Responsabilidades

• Determine the pathway to power by understanding system connection processes and criteria.
• Lead commercial negotiations and translate contracts into operational impacts for projects.
• Own the master timeline for power delivery and coordinate milestones across teams.
• Manage grid access contracts and ensure ongoing compliance and utilization.
• Coordinate with external consultants, utilities, sales and construction teams.
• Monitor requirements against reality to align capacity with deployments.
