Aily Labs SLU is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer who can design and deploy a range of AI solutions from forecasting to LLM-powered tools. You will own the lifecycle from concept to production, collaborate with the AI Platform team on architecture, and communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience in turning business problems into implementable AI plans, plus strong Python and cloud/API skills, will help you succeed in this role.

Formación

• Strong Python skills across the AI/ML spectrum (forecasting, classification, regression, LLMs).
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production and owning end-to-end lifecycles.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical implementations and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy a wide range of AI solutions end-to-end: forecasting algorithms, classification and regression models, LLM-powered tools, AI agents, or any technique best suited to the problem at hand.
• Own the full lifecycle of every solution: design, implementation, production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the AI Platform team to align on technical architecture and stack guidance.
• Communicate progress and findings clearly to technical peers and non-technical stakeholders; present results to chapter leads and business owners.
• Produce lightweight documentation and run enablement sessions for business teams.
