You will innovate encryption technologies, manage integrations with various tools, and be a proactive problem solver in a hybrid work environment. Candidates should have at least 5 years of IT experience and strong technical security knowledge.

Formación

• Proven experience with cryptographic techniques and hands-on knowledge of Thales KMS.
• Proficiency with Key Management Interoperability Protocol (KMIP).
• At least 5 years of overall IT experience.
• A mandatory high level of English is required, including technical information security terminology.

Join our team! At Aluxion we are looking for a skilled Encryption Security Analyst to join our team and support our critical Encryption Program activities. What You'll Do

• Innovate and Implement: You\'ll support the study, definition, and deployment of new encryption use cases and features on our CTM platform, including advanced technologies like DKE (Double Key Encryption) or Confidential Computing.

• Drive Migrations: Lead the migration of encryption use cases between different platforms.

• Integrate and Secure: Manage new integrations with various AXA products and tools such as Privileged Account Management, SIEM, and Patching systems.

• Be a Problem Solver: Identify and address potential roadblocks or security risks, proposing effective remediation and mitigation solutions.

• Ensure Operational Excellence (BAU): Perform daily operations on the Thales CipherTrust Security Manager (CTM) + Luna (HSM) platform.

• Operational Oversight: Monitor the platform\'s performance, resilience, and quality, ensuring it meets required SLAs.

• Request Management: Manage new requests for encryption use cases and support ongoing activities with standard tools (Change Management, Incident Management, etc.).

• Security by Default: Prioritize "Security by Default" in all tasks, providing feedback to continuously improve the platform\'s security.

What You'll Bring

• Deep Expertise:

  • Proven experience with cryptographic techniques and hands-on knowledge of Thales KMS: CipherTrust Security Manager & Luna HSM.

  • Proficiency with Key Management Interoperability Protocol (KMIP).

  • Experience with PAM products, specifically CyberArk, and authentication methods (SSH, GUI, SSL/RSA).

  • Strong IT Security expertise, including scripting, log analysis, OS administration, and basic networking.

• Professional Background:

  • At least 5 years of overall IT experience.

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a complex international company.

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in security, network, or infrastructure solutions.

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with cipher technology (or other complementary expertise).

• Key Attributes:

  • A proactive and persistent mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A mandatory high level of English is required, including technical information security terminology.
