GET21 busca un Encargado de Restaurante en Palma de Mallorca para unirse a un grupo de restauración en crecimiento. Este papel implica la gestión de presupuestos, comunicación efectiva y responsabilidad en la toma de decisiones. Se valorizan al menos 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares y un sólido manejo del inglés, además de la capacidad para utilizar software de gestión y sistemas POS. If you are accustomed to managing with budgets and indicators, planning, interpreting data, and taking responsibility accordingly, and if you communicate assertively, setting business objectives with management and ownership based on the restaurant's concept and company philosophy, then we offer:

• Salary of €3,000 gross plus a variable component of 15% based on results, divided into two periods.
• A welcoming environment with passionate ownership and team.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position. Experience in different locations and with reputable establishments is valued.
• At least an intermediate-high level of English, capable of maintaining conversations.
• Experience with management software and POS systems.

Additional valued skills:

• Proficiency in other languages such as German, French, Catalan, or Mallorquin, with proof of language skills.
