Arup in Madrid is offering an Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Internship. You will work on the rebuild of Arup's careers experience, joining a small global team and contributing to pages that go live publicly.

The role involves shaping stories from engineers, auditing content, drafting copy for sector pages, and ensuring site accessibility and metadata. You’ll attend project meetings and leave with published work and a clear understanding of how a global brand is rebuilt online.

Formación

• Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Source and shape the member stories behind the new careers pages for Arup, talking to engineers, designers and consultants.
• Audit existing careers content against the new site structure and identify what works or should be removed.
• Draft and test copy for sector pages (energy, transport, water, property, digital) with the Europe Employer Branding Lead.
• Run checks that ensure the site is usable and findable: accessibility WCAG 2.2 AA, page metadata, alt text, link tracking.
• Keep the project honest: action logs, chasing contributors, tracking promises vs delivery.
