Formación

We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to play a key role in driving our ER strategy and supporting our growth plans in Spain. Where You'll Be Based:

Primarily based in our Madrid head office with occasional travel to Watford, the French Buying Office, and other European markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing expert ER advice and strategy.
  • Support the French Buying Office alongside Spanish operations.
  • Develop and maintain policies ensuring compliance with Spanish legislation.
  • Lead key ER projects and support strategic change initiatives.
  • Drive engagement and wellbeing strategies to enhance associate satisfaction.
  • Deliver training and share employment law updates with HR teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and bring:
  • Strong expertise in Spanish employee relations and employment law.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; French is highly desirable.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multisite environment, ideally in retail.
  • A proactive, organized approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
