Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, automotive testing, field operations, or team leadership.
• Strong understanding of local traffic regulations, safety protocols, and infrastructure relevant to AV/ADAS testing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of AV/ADAS testing projects, including timelines and reporting.
• Supervise and guide small field and testing teams, ensuring safety and deadlines.
• Use knowledge of local market and regulations to support site selection and optimize test operations.
• Monitor testing quality and data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and elevate challenges to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align fieldwork with project objectives.
• Contribute to training sessions for test operators and field staff and provide feedback.
