TSMG Holding in Spain is seeking experienced drivers to support vehicle testing for autonomous vehicle projects. The role requires safe operation of AVs, adherence to test plans, and accurate observation recording.

Travel to the United States for training is required (visa provided); English proficiency and a willingness to work rotating shifts are essential for a structured, long-term engagement with our advanced automotive programs.

Formación

• EU citizenship
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for training (visa provided)
• Good command of English
• Willing to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends)
• Comfortable with long periods of driving and focus
• Basic digital skills (smartphones, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and safe driving habits

We are looking for experienced drivers with a background in automotive or Autonomous Vehicle (AV) projects to support vehicle testing operations in Spain.

Role Overview

This role involves monitoring vehicle performance, following assigned routes, and documenting observations accurately. It requires precise execution of test procedures, adherence to strict safety standards, and active participation in data collection processes for advanced automotive systems.
