What You'll Do: As an Account Executive Iberia, your role is to convert leads and create new opportunities leveraging advanced technology tools and sales techniques. You will primarily drive business directly but also support indirect channel development in your market. In our New Business EMEA team, we value curiosity about the technology industry and enthusiasm for helping clients achieve marketing goals through impactful advertising.

Your target clients will mainly be mid-sized businesses, among others. You will work autonomously and as part of a team, planning and executing strategies to meet revenue and margin targets (RexT). This role involves volume sales, nurturing client relationships, cold-calling, video calls, and using tools like Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to maximize conversions.

Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as marketing, legal, technical teams, account managers, and product specialists is essential. A background in AdTech or technology sales, especially in complex, multi-product environments, is required. You should be comfortable working remotely and fluent in English and Spanish.

Who You Are
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in the advertising industry.
  • Skilled in consultative selling and closing, with the ability to pitch multiple technology products and understand client goals.
  • Proficient in forecasting and pipeline management, handling a high volume of prospects through the full sales cycle.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
