GRID esports in Madrid is seeking a customer-focused Support Operator to join the global support team. You will engage sportsbook customers, investigate issues, and help ensure timely resolutions to protect the integrity of GRID's Odds products.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to address queries, document findings, and contribute to knowledge bases while staying current on esports markets and trading workflows.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing support, operations, or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling queries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main contact for sportsbook customers regarding GRID's Odds products and trading services.
• Respond to queries and operational alerts in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with questions about fixture coverage, market availability, settlement, and product behavior.
• Gather and validate information to determine issue nature and impact.
• Escalate issues to internal teams when needed.
• Help improve GRID's product suite based on feedback and defects identified.
• Log and track operational, product, and service issues.
• Continuously develop esports knowledge to enhance service quality.
• Contribute daily to the knowledge base for GRID employees, partners, and customers.
