Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Madrid is seeking a proactive TA Researcher to support priority hiring across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will map talent, build longlists, and identify sourcing channels in collaboration with recruiters and senior stakeholders.

You will also share insights on candidate availability, competitor activity and leadership trends, maintain research materials, and help build robust pipelines across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent research, sourcing or executive search.
• Strong talent mapping and sourcing capability across functions, sectors and geographies.
• Experience building targeted longlists and mapping external talent pools.
• Strong stakeholder management with recruiters, hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial judgement and ability to translate business priorities into structured sourcing plans.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present market insights clearly.
• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential searches.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality sourcing and talent mapping to support priority hiring across EMEA.
• Shares practical talent insights including candidate availability and competitor activity to inform search delivery.
• Builds and maintains industry and functional research insight through ongoing monitoring of markets and competitors.
• Collaborates with recruiters to translate business priorities into structured search plans and target profiles.
• Develops longlists and market maps for multiple levels, functions, and geographies.
