Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Madrid is seeking a Communications Manager, Surgery, EMEA to lead an integrated communications strategy across the EMEA region. You will support growth milestones, strengthen reputation, and engage key stakeholders through a mix of external, media, internal and digital channels.

The role targets an early career communicator with 3+ years in communications, offering exposure to healthcare/medtech and a hybrid working model within a global organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs.
• Experience supporting commercial businesses, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA region and its nuances.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute EMEA communications strategy for the Surgery BU in EMEA, aligned to growth priorities and milestones.
• Serve as a communications partner on key business initiatives, translating priorities into campaigns.
• Collaborate across media, internal, and digital channels with the Surgery EMEA Communications & Public Affairs team.
• Own channel management (HOME, DLs, newsletters) connected to communications initiatives.
• Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs, and global Media Relations for alignment.
• Manage local agency and freelance relationships to maximize impact and delivery.
• Use data and insights to improve effectiveness and leverage global reports for learnings.
