Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Communications Manager, Surgery, EMEA to join our team. You will help execute an integrated communications strategy across the region, focusing on growth milestones, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management across priority markets.

The role suits an early-career communicator ready to partner with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs and global Media Relations, while building campaigns that resonate across external, media, internal and digital channels.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs.
• Experience supporting healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the EMEA communications strategy for the Surgery BU in line with growth milestones.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs and global Media Relations for aligned campaigns.
• Manage channels (HOME, DLs, newsletters) and collaborate with external agencies to maximize impact.
• Leverage data and insights to improve effectiveness and share learnings from global reports.
