Criteo is seeking an Solutions Engineering Manager EMEA, Performance Media in Barcelona to lead the regional team and drive delivery across client projects. You will set priorities, own hiring, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve service quality, accelerate launches, and scale operations in the EMEA region.

The role requires strong leadership, technical judgment, and the ability to manage complex client situations while fostering cross-functional collaboration across time

Formación

• 8+ years in technical solutions or related client-facing role.
• Experience leading or managing a team with coaching and performance management.
• Strong technical foundation in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML) with API/SQL knowledge.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across regions.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with distributed teams and across time zones.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve team efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Solutions Engineering team across EMEA, setting priorities and ensuring quality.
• Own the team strategy, OKRs, and operating model for scalable delivery.
• Own hiring, onboarding, capability development, and performance management.
• Oversee technical support for clients across EMEA, including integrations and product rollouts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering to align on priorities and unblock execution.
• Report team activity, risks, and impact to leadership.
