Eaton Group is seeking a Commercial Demand Planning Manager to lead SIOP execution and improve forecast maturity across Europe, partnering with country leadership, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance. You will translate market trends and growth plans into aligned demand and supply assumptions while supporting 12–24 month outlooks.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years in a complex, international environment, with a hybrid work model and a broad benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in a complex, international or matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Support the monthly SIOP process and cadence with data on demand, supply, inventory and backlog.
• Prepare standard reports, dashboards and materials for SIOP reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of actions within the SIOP cycle and maintain governance of planning standards.
• Improve country forecast maturity and drive consistency in market assumptions across EMEA.
• Bridge local market knowledge with regional SIOP governance and long-term demand planning.
