Nextpower in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Senior Supply Planner – EMEA to develop and manage the supply plan for diverse suppliers across the region. You will translate demand, forecasts, and orders into actionable plans, ensuring material availability, lead times, and supplier commitments while coordinating cross-functional teams and escalations.

The role requires 8–10 years in supply planning, strong English fluency, and expert knowledge of MRP, ERP, Anaplan, and analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in supply planning or related roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, renewable energy, solar, or complex project-based supply chains.
• Proven ability to resolve complex supplier constraints and delivery risks.
• Experience engaging with senior or executive-level supplier and internal leadership.
• Expert knowledge of MRP, supply planning, capacity planning, inventory management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; Anaplan experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the supply plan for assigned suppliers, commodities, projects, and products across EMEA.
• Translate demand, project schedules, sales orders, forecasts, inventory requirements into executable supply plans.
• Manage supplier allocations based on demand, capacity, and priorities.
• Coordinate recovery actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders with defined ownership and dates.
• Lead escalations for major supply constraints and drive recovery plans to closure.
• Monitor supplier performance using metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Procurement, Sourcing, and Delivery Management to support supplier negotiations and continuity.
