Job summary

MAP is seeking a Senior Data Insights Consultant to join the Technology and Data team in Barcelona. You will architect and deliver complex data solutions, perform advanced analyses, and design tests to measure marketing impact across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a consultant/business liaison role related to data, BI, analytics or reporting solutions.
• Ability to independently design, build, and optimize modern analytics solutions that are scalable and production-ready.
• Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries.
• Design and build scalable dimensional data models with governance and security.
• Develop and manage DBT transformations with tests and documentation.
• Build production-ready Power BI models and dashboards with advanced DAX and RLS.
• Experience with AI/machine learning concepts to generate insights.
• Familiarity with cloud data environments like Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Fabric.
• Experience with marketing tech platforms (Adobe Campaign/AJO, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Ability to deliver reports and dashboards within these tools for client impact.
