Apprentify in Madrid is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing SDR team. You will drive outbound pipeline generation across EMEA, coach reps to hit targets, and partner with Sales and Marketing to refine strategy.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing talent, optimizing processes, and achieving ambitious growth in a multinational organisation. Hybrid working model in Madrid is offered.

Formación

• Proven experience managing or leading an SDR/BDR team.
• Strong coaching and people leadership skills.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft).
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to exceed pipeline targets.
• Own the outbound prospecting strategy, messaging, sequencing, tooling, and territory planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align ICPs and campaigns.
• Track KPIs and use data to continuously improve performance.
• Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
