Job summary

TOMRA Food is seeking a Sales Marketing Coordinator to support the EMEA sales organization by planning and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen lead generation, customer engagement, and commercial growth.

This role blends structured project management with a results-oriented approach to ensure all activities align with business objectives. English is required, and travel to exhibitions and events is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or equivalent.
• Practical experience in marketing, preferably within a B2B, sales-driven environment.
• Skills in web content management systems and data analysis to track KPIs and campaign performance.
• Fluent in English. Any additional languages are welcome.
• Willingness to travel for exhibitions and customer events; valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Marketing & Lead Generation: Support regional sales growth through targeted campaigns and engagement programs.
• Project Management & Event Execution: Plan and coordinate TOMRA Food's participation in trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and customer events across EMEA.
• Data & Performance Management: Track and report KPIs, campaign results, and event ROI; use CRM and analytics to measure impact and recommend improvements.
