Qualifications

• 10 years of clinical trials experience with 6+ years in leadership.
• Broad understanding of general management practices.
• Strong knowledge of drug development processes and regulatory requirements.
• GCP/ICH knowledge and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Budget management and resourcing experience.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff management: plan, assign and direct work.
• Appraise performance and guide professional development.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding across regions.
• Direct Site Activation operations to meet predefined targets and budgets.
• Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals.
• Ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
• Coach managers and coordinate with client representatives.
• Plan and monitor budgets and fiscal performance.
