Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 3–4 years of clinical research experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience with Ethics Committee/Regulatory Authority submissions, budgets, start-up and activation.
• Familiarity with Global Site Activation responsibilities and SOPs/ICH-GCP.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation and communication abilities; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex site activation projects across studies.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for sites, SAMs and project teams.
• Ensure SOP, regulatory, and contractual compliance and timelines.
• Prepare and review site documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Mentor junior CSAs and provide sponsor-facing support when needed.
