Formación

  • 5-7 years of accounting experience in IFRS; US GAAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to manage work effectively and organize multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide effective delivery of the end-to-end operational accounting process and activities.
  2. Deliver record-to-report and general ledger processes (e.g., journal entries / accruals, month-end closing) for Qorvo’s EMEA Entities.
  3. Support EMEA region’s Acquire-to-Retire process including accounting for fixed assets.
  4. Provide standard performance reporting for the EMEA accounting team.
  5. Provide service management and governance for the EMEA accounting team.
  6. Responsible for upholding quality and standardized service delivery to global standards.
  7. Support client-facing and internal operational accounting services - liaison for regional accounting with the corporate accounting team.
  8. Lead financial statement audit support for statutory accounts.
  9. Provide EMEA Payroll process support - liaison with region’s payroll specialists.
  10. Manage execution of accounting procedures for EMEA team and engage in critical / confidential aspects of accounting.
  11. Advise management on matters of fiscal procedure and importance for the organization.
  12. Ensure compliance with the financial procedures of the organization.
  13. Work with confidential data, which, if disclosed, might have significant internal effect or minor external effect.
  14. Drive consistency in period-end close activities and account reconciliation processes supporting improved efficiencies / compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements
  1. Demonstrated ability to manage work effectively.
  2. Demonstrated ability to organize, schedule, and successfully manage multiple priorities.
  3. Experience in SAP preferred.
  4. Bachelor’s degree. Five to seven years of accounting experience in IFRS. US GAAP is a plus.
  5. Fluent in English and Spanish; in addition, French, German, and/or Dutch are a plus.

  5. Cost Productivity Management: Understands and applies variable and fixed cost drivers to develop plant manufacturing expense budgets.
  6. Controls, Compliance & Risk: Identifies potential threats / risks to achievement of control and compliance objectives and designs basic control processes.
  7. Planning & Forecasting: Basic understanding of planning and forecasting purpose.

Relocation Available: No - This position is only open to candidates having a qualified legal status to work in Spain.
