Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
• 4+ years regional or field marketing experience in pharma or science.
• End-to-end marketing program ownership and delivery.
• Strong digital marketing, demand gen, and analytics knowledge.
• Proficient in creating compelling presentations and content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy and objectives.
• Adapt global campaigns to local market needs with localized content.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns (digital, events, content, partnerships).
• Manage full campaign lifecycle from concept to performance analysis.
• Create marketing assets including emails, landing pages, presentations, and social content.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across channels.
• Plan regional events, trade shows, and webinars; represent the company at industry events.
• Partner with sales to support lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Monitor ROI and key marketing metrics; report findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global marketing and central functions, coordinating across teams.
