Jobgether is partnering with a client in Spain to recruit a Procurement Director who will lead the EMEA procurement portfolio within a fast-growing AI infrastructure environment. You will chair the regional Category Management team and set sourcing standards across major spend categories.

Responsibilities include securing long‑lead equipment, negotiating master service agreements, and aligning sourcing with project milestones.

Formación

• 10+ years of procurement experience in data centers, energy, major infrastructure, or large-scale construction.
• Strong understanding of EMEA supply chains, supplier landscapes, and vendor markets.
• Proven experience leading Category Management teams and establishing consistent sourcing standards and procurement discipline.
• Experience negotiating master service agreements, framework agreements, and complex commercial arrangements with OEMs and suppliers of long-lead, capital-intensive equipment.
• Experience working within a matrix organization, balancing functional procurement standards with project-delivery requirements.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding, with the ability to work effectively alongside legal counsel on complex agreements and negotiations.
• Excellent communication, reporting, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders.
• A collaborative, pragmatic approach and the ability to build effective processes and teams in a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA Category Management team and implement sourcing standards.
• Develop and maintain supplier partnerships across the region and manage SRM.
• Implement global sourcing standards and end-to-end procurement processes in EMEA.
• Own procurement plans for active projects across the EMEA portfolio.
• Secure long-lead equipment and identify schedule-based supply risks early.
• Lead negotiations for regional supply and framework agreements with suppliers.
• Provide functional leadership to project procurement leads and drive standards.
• Collaborate with regional delivery and controls teams to align procurement with project gates.
• Provide regional visibility on supplier spend, procurement risks, and performance.
