Job summary

Dematic seeks an OT Cybersecurity Compliance Lead to drive security by design across European, Middle Eastern and African projects. You will translate EU cyber regulations into practical engineering requirements for OT systems, and oversee audits, conformity, and lifecycle security delivery.

The role requires strong ISA/IEC 62443 knowledge, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 25%. You will shape reference architectures, report on compliance, and support customers with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' OT/IC experience.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 and OT/ICS security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with EU Cyber Resilience Act and Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.

Responsibilities

• Translate the EU Cyber Resilience Act and Machinery Regulation cybersecurity requirements into practical engineering and project requirements for OT systems.
• Maintain readiness for regulatory milestones (CRA vulnerability/incident reporting from Sep 2026 and full application Dec 2027; Machinery Regulation from Jan 2027).
• Demonstrate system-level conformity and close integration gaps between regimes.
• Embed OT cybersecurity into the project lifecycle with gated, repeatable activities from design through FAT/SAT, commissioning and handover.
• Define reference architectures, hardening standards and reusable security building blocks.
