Job summary

Insud Pharma is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Specialist to define and drive the global cybersecurity strategy for Operational Technology across manufacturing sites. You will work with Engineering, Automation, Maintenance and IT teams to protect industrial environments while preserving safety and production continuity.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity for OT/ICS or industrial environments.
• Technical expertise in OT cybersecurity, secure industrial architectures and IT/OT connectivity.
• Familiarity with asset visibility, threat detection and OT incident response.

Responsibilities

• Define, coordinate and drive the OT cybersecurity strategy for Insud Pharma.
• Build secure OT/ICS architectures and enable IT/OT network segmentation.
• Strengthen asset visibility, threat detection and integration with the SOC.
• Manage secure remote access and third‑party connectivity for OT.
• Coordinate vulnerabilities, risk, incident response and cross‑site governance.
