Summary

The Marketing Manager will focus on webinars strategy and execution, along with local marketing for the DACH region. You will engage target audiences in the UK, France, Nordics, and DACH markets, ensuring our DACH marketing strategy is fully localized, relevant, and high-performing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize localized webinars across key European markets: UK, France, Nordics, and DACH.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to identify relevant topics and speakers.
• Manage logistics, platforms, timelines, and communications for webinars.
• Develop and execute webinar promotion strategies across email, social, and paid channels.
• Track performance, analyze webinar metrics, and deliver insights to improve future events.
• Lead localization efforts for the DACH market, including adapting global content and creating new market-specific materials.
• Ensure all content and campaigns are culturally relevant and resonate with German-speaking audiences.
• Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns in the DACH region, including digital, email, and event initiatives.
• Partner with central marketing and regional sales teams to align messaging and strategy.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in German is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role with success in managing webinars or virtual events.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of European B2B marketing, especially in the DACH region.
• Experience with tools like ON24, Zoom, GoToWebinar, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SaaS or the tech industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of other European languages (French, Swedish, etc.) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and demand generation strategies.
