Job summary

Solenis is seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join its EMEA Legal team. The successful candidate will provide legal support across the EMEA region, handling commercial contracts, disputes, and M&A integrations in a dynamic, international setting.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in law (LL.M), bar admission in a European jurisdiction, at least five years of post-qualification experience, and fluency in English. The role is hybrid across Spain and Poland locations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law (LL.M) or equivalent.
• Bar admission in a European jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of postgraduate legal experience.
• Right to work in the EU and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to business stakeholders across the EMEA region, handling commercial contracts and disputes.
• Manage M&A integrations and core compliance matters including GDPR and anti-corruption regulations.
• Coordinate and manage outside counsel in a dynamic, international environment.
