Canadian Solar Inc. is seeking an IT Manager EMEA to lead the regional IT function from Madrid, aligning IT with business strategy across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM and ERP.

You will manage IT operations, the Helpdesk, and budgets while driving transformation with Global IT standards, vendors, and external providers. Fluency in Spanish and English is expected; Mandarin is advantageous.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT experience in enterprise settings.
• 5+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally regional or multi-country.
• Strong experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, ERP.
• Experience leading IT teams and/or Helpdesk/service delivery functions.
• Proven ability to manage IT projects, vendors and external service providers.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, networking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA IT function and partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technology solutions and priorities.
• Oversee the EMEA application landscape (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM) and ensure lifecycle management and integration.
• Head the EMEA IT operations and Helpdesk for reliable services and assets.
• Direct regional IT projects from requirements to implementation, aligned with Global IT standards.
• Own the EMEA IT budget and manage vendors and service providers for cost and value.
• Coordinate with Global IT on governance, cybersecurity, architecture, and strategic initiatives.
