Canadian Solar in Madrid is seeking an IT Manager EMEA to lead the regional IT function and align with Global IT. You will oversee Business Applications, IT Operations and Helpdesk, while managing the regional IT budget and key technology partners.

This role requires 10+ years IT experience and 5+ years in leadership, with expertise in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and CRM. Fluent English and Spanish are expected as you coordinate with global teams.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of IT leadership, regional or multi-country.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and CRM.
• Proven ability to lead IT teams and service delivery.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication in a global, multicultural setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the EMEA IT function and partner with business stakeholders.
• Oversee Business Applications including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and CRM.
• Lead IT Operations and Helpdesk for the region.
• Drive regional IT projects from requirements to implementation.
• Manage the EMEA IT budget and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with Global IT on governance and standards.
