Aon is seeking a seasoned Head of Risk Financing & Analytics for EMEA to set strategic direction for client-facing analytics. You will lead engagement, growth, and innovation across multiple geographies, aligning analytics capabilities with business objectives.

You will drive next-generation analytics tools, mentor senior teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to quantify and finance risk exposures for large multinational clients in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Significant experience in risk financing, analytics, capital modelling or risk consulting.
• Proven track record leading client-facing analytics initiatives and driving commercial value.
• Experience mentoring teams across geographies and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Risk Financing & Analytics strategy and growth agenda across EMEA.
• Partner across risk solutions, industry practices and leadership to deliver analytics-led solutions.
• Support business development with major pursuits and tenders by articulating analytics value.
• Drive development and deployment of next-generation analytics tools and capabilities.
• Foster innovation in emerging risk areas such as climate, cyber, AI and supply chains.
• Establish standard approaches, tools and methodologies for analytics delivery.
• Provide thought leadership and deliver client risk insights to inform decisions.
• Lead and develop a multi-geography team of risk financing and analytics professionals.
• Develop and deliver RFA growth, investment and profitability strategy.
