Regional Operational Excellence Expert

Multinational leader in the food industry, established worldwide, with more than 70 production plants.

Work closely with Plant Heads of Manufacturing, Production Managers, and Shift Managers across all plants (10) in EMEA (UK, Spain, Russia). Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Implementing automation and capacity expansion projects.
2. Verifying and managing overall labor usage against standards, reviewing SAP confirmation variances, etc.
3. Advising management teams of discrepancies, working to minimize or eliminate losses and inefficiencies.
4. Promoting a team approach regarding productivity, maintenance, and hygiene in the manufacturing area.
5. Ensuring all production activities meet product specifications, managing product and material quality, and implementing continuous improvement plans.
6. Managing plant KPI targets for output, efficiency, labor, quality, waste, and variances against budget; working with the Manufacturing Analyst to generate reports and monitor progress.
7. Managing and encouraging the production team through effective communication, delivering briefings, and providing progress reports to Plant Managers.
8. Verifying and controlling production parameters to ensure they are within specifications.
9. Monitoring process parameters, identifying deviations, evaluating solutions, and addressing opportunities with manufacturing teams.
10. Enforcing company policies, procedures, and regulations (Health & Safety, Quality, GMPs) to maintain high standards, including Food Safety.
