Job summary

Genea Biomedx is seeking an EMEA Regional Distribution Sales Manager to drive growth through the distributor network across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will serve as the primary commercial contact for distributors, build country-level plans and coordinate support from internal teams, with frequent travel to meet distributor teams and customers.

Fluent English is required; experience in IVF/embryology a plus.

Qualifications

• Distributor management, channel sales or international business development within medical devices, life sciences or healthcare.
• IFV, embryology or assisted reproductive technology experience preferred.
• Clinical or embryology background with commercial experience is an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving distributor performance.
• Experience across international markets and managing relationships with partners from different cultures.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate across commercial, clinical, technical and operational teams.
• Proactive, organized with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Fluent English; additional languages relevant to EMEA are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Distributor Relationships and Sales Growth: Manage relationships with distributors across EMEA and monitor progress.
• Manufacturer Support and Coordination: Coordinate product training, clinical application support, technical assistance and marketing resources.
• Market Development and Reporting: Maintain CRM data, forecast opportunities and report on market risks and needs.
