Job summary

Qualifications

• Construction project management experience with oversight of multi-disciplinary construction activities.
• Ability to interface with general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Construction project management and oversight of construction related activities at a data centre site.
• Direct interface with construction general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and project closeout/punch list phases.
• Lead negotiations with general contractors and evaluate bids/proposals with detail and accuracy.
• Capital requests/financial analysis of construction work including change orders, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Construction project management for initiatives aimed at increasing resiliency of data centres.
• Reviews of electrical and mechanical designs for new or optimized data centres.
• Construction submittal review and commissioning support.
