Your extensive expertise will be instrumental in guiding our Sales, Estimating, and Project Execution teams to navigate complex contracts with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Champion risk mitigation strategies and conduct thorough contract reviews to safeguard our interests.
  2. Optimize entitlement for change orders and claims to enhance project profitability.
  3. Drive key performance indicators, focusing on revenue growth, margin expansion, and cash flow improvement.
  4. Foster seamless collaboration across internal teams to ensure effective and efficient project execution.

Your Skills :

  • A distinguished career with 10+ years in Quantity Surveying or commercial management, showcasing your leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated excellence in team management and development.
  • RICS accredited or actively pursuing accreditation, reflecting your commitment to industry standards.
  • In-depth understanding of Mechanical and Electrical environments is a significant advantage.
