Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Communications & Public Affairs Manager, EP & Neuro, EMEA to join our team. This role will drive an integrated communications strategy across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, supporting growth milestones and engaging key stakeholders using a mix of external, media, internal and digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in communications or public affairs, strong writing skills, and experience in healthcare or regulated industries.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs or public affairs.
• Experience supporting commercial healthcare, medtech or regulated industries.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute EMEA communications strategy for EP & Neuro BUs aligned to growth priorities.
• Translate business priorities into clear, compelling campaigns across channels.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs and Media Relations.
• Manage channel content (HOME, DLs, newsletters) and digital assets.
• Partner with regional teams to align activities and approvals.
• Build relationships with external agencies and freelance networks.
• Leverage data and global reports to improve effectiveness.
