Justworks is seeking an experienced benefits leader to own EMEA operations end-to-end and expand our international benefits footprint. You will collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, and Revenue to ensure compliant, competitive plans while scaling processes for new markets.

You will drive data-informed decisions, design scalable programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver benefits that support a rapidly growing international business.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in international benefits across EMEA markets.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory environments, broker ecosystems and carrier dynamics.
• Experience building or expanding multi-country benefits programs.

Responsabilidades

• EMEA Benefits Operations: own lifecycle, procurement, renewals, vendor management, employee support (40%).
• Country launches: partner with cross-functional teams to launch benefits in new EMEA markets (12 countries FY27).
• Broker & carrier relationships: build and manage relationships, negotiate terms for value.
• Data & reporting: track enrollment, utilization, and cost; inform design decisions.
