Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is seeking a proactive B2B Customer Success Representative who speaks German to manage a dealer portfolio across Direct Countries in EMEA. You will ensure smooth order execution, strong relationships and top service levels.

Fluent English and German are mandatory. Experience in Customer Service or Sales Support, plus knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and Excel, will help you succeed in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Formación

• Fluent English and German (mandatory).
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Operations (Retail, FMCG, Fashion or Sports industry preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and Excel.
• Strong data orientation and analytical skills.
• Understanding of sales processes and logistics flows.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of Direct Countries dealers across EMEA.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with assigned dealers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
• Act as the main point of contact for operational and service-related topics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to resolve issues and support dealer performance.
