Revelyst is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Administrator to support the execution of sales processes across the EMEA region. You will coordinate order releases, maintain accurate master data in SAP and Salesforce, and collaborate with Sales, CS, Distribution Centers, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in Sales Operations, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to drive data integrity and operational excellence

• Hard skills: SAP SD knowledge is required.

• Advanced Excel skills; an Excel assessment will be part of recruitment.
• Salesforce CRM experience is desirable.
• Strong English proficiency.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to support the operational execution of our sales processes across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data and multiple stakeholders while ensuring seamless order management and operational efficiency.

The mission of this role is to ensure the smooth execution of sales operations by coordinating order fulfillment, maintaining accurate customer and system data, supporting inventory and distribution processes, and providing operational support to our Sales teams across EMEA.

The main tasks of the position are:

Sales Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the primary operational interface between Sales Operations, Customer Success, Distribution Centers (NL & UK), Supply Chain and Sales teams.
• Coordinate order release priorities and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Support the day-to-day operational needs of the Sales organization across the EMEA region.
• Resolve operational issues while ensuring excellent internal customer service.

SAP Operations & Order Management

• Manage allocation and delivery creation processes within SAP.
• Maintain customer master data and allocation logic to ensure operational accuracy.
• Coordinate scheduled system jobs and collaborate with IT to support SAP processes.
• Ensure customer accounts are correctly created and maintained within SAP and Salesforce.

Inventory, Distribution & Supply Planning

• Monitor inventory availability, shipping performance and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to manage purchase orders, backorders and product availability.
• Support warehouse planning through delivery forecasts and operational reporting.
• Proactively identify and communicate inventory risks, shortages and delivery delays.

Data Integrity & Operational Excellence

• Maintain accurate customer, product and inventory data across ERP, CRM and warehouse systems.
• Ensure data integrity between SAP, Salesforce and other business systems.
• Review and validate credit and debit notes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize operational processes.

Position requirements:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Hard Skills

• Working knowledge of SAP SD. (Necessary)
• Previous experience in Sales Operations, Allocation & Fulfillment, Customer Care, Supply Chain, or a similar operational role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (an Excel assessment will be part of the recruitment process).
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience working with ERP systems and operational processes.
• Experience within the Outdoor, Sports, Apparel or Consumer Goods industry is considered a plus.
