Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe is seeking a Test Specialist within the Integration Test & Analysis scope for Avionics & Mission Systems. You will prepare, support, execute, analyze and report integration tests at sub-system and system levels.

The role requires an engineering background with testing competence, coordination across test centers and design offices, plus willingness to travel to multiple sites within Spain and abroad as needed by programs like A330 MRTT, A400M, C295 and

• Knowledge of Integration and Tests route map.
• Able to meet timescales and milestones.
• Open to proposing improvements for processes and tools.
• Willing to travel and work across locations.
• Official Formation in Integration and Test valued.
• English and Spanish at negotiation level.
• Human Factors competences appreciated.
• NATO SECRET clearance valued.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, execute integration tests on ground and support flight tests.
• Contribute to Integrated Test Team discussions per scope.
• Support lab/rig testing per Test Program requirements and V&V strategy.
• Develop and review Test Plans and Test Requests.
• Coordinate with DO, AW, certification authorities and test reports.
• Interface with Test Integrators and Design Offices; advise on architecture.
• Identify misbehaviours and impacts; provide detailed analysis.
• Improve data analysis methodologies and set priorities.
