GMV is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to join a team developing low-level software for embedded and real-time avionics.

You will program in C/C++ on hardware platforms, work with Linux/RTOS, and collaborate on integrating FPGA and video processing in a demanding, certifiable environment. Hybrid model and relocation support are available.

Qualificações

• Degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of experience in low-level programming for embedded or real-time systems.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills and experience with Linux and RTOS environments.
• Familiarity with hardware processing platforms and cross-disciplinary collaboration on embedded solutions.

Developing software for an embedded computer that will be used to control an RPAS means working at the point where low-level engineering, real-time systems and certification meet.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

You will join a team dedicated to developing embedded and real-time software for avionics, working in a demanding technological environment linked to critical, high-performance systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing low-level software for embedded and real-time systems.
• Programming in C/C++ on hardware processing platforms.
• Working with Linux and RTOS environments.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on the integration of technologies such as FPGA and video processing.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for professionals with a degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in low-level programming for embedded or real-time systems.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in C/C++ programming.
• Knowledge of Linux and real-time operating systems.
• Familiarity with the design and main characteristics of hardware processing platforms.
