Formación

• Experiencia de al menos 3 años en desarrollo de firmware embebido usando C.
• Conocimiento profundo de sistemas embebidos y diseño de firmware.

Responsabilidades

• Implementación de firmware en C para módulos de control de convertidores de potencia.
• Verificación de cambios implementados en el firmware y gestión de versiones.

How to contribute to our vision

1. FW implementation in C language for power electronics converter control modules: control algorithms, communications, monitoring, alarms and so on.
2. Low level firmware implementation for peripherals like I2C, SPI, CAN or ADC.
3. Analyze the requirements documents.
4. Write detailed specification, requirements, and firmware design documents.
5. Verification of the changes implemented in the firmware.
6. SW versions management using a version control tool.
7. Participates in converter validation to ensure compliance with the design requirements in cooperation with the whole converter design team.
8. Adheres to the quality process through the execution of test procedures.
9. Cooperates with other engineering teams to support product testing and certifications.
10. Cooperates with other teams in the company to support presales, commissioning, aftersales, etc.
11. This position may require occasional travel to the location of the testing facilities and prototypes sites.

Technical qualifications needed for the service:

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

1. At least 3 years of experience in embedded firmware developments using C language.
2. Deep knowledge of embedded systems.
3. Experience in firmware design for DSPs and microcontrollers and ZYNQ SoC.
4. Real Time Operating Systems.
5. Control engineering basics (PIDs, frequency analysis, etc.).
6. Electronic Instrumentation (oscilloscopes, multimeters, Signal Generators).
7. Digital hardware design basics (understanding of electrical diagrams).
8. Knowledge of digital signal processing.
9. Experience in analysis, diagnosis and problem solving on complex systems and its commissioning.
10. SW tools: Source Code Control (GITLAB).
11. Fluent in Spanish and English.
