We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager / Lead with experience in the dating industry.

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Finding and attracting email partners and traffic for dating projects;
• Launching and optimizing email campaigns with partners;
• Developing email marketing strategies to increase conversions;
• Testing and analyzing campaign effectiveness, improving key metrics;
• Collaborating with designers and copywriters to create effective emails.

We expect from you :

• Good knowledge of key email partners in the US market;
• At least 3 years of experience as an email marketing specialist;
• Experience working with Optizmo;
• Strong skills in data analysis, traffic optimization, and A / B testing;
• Experience with dating traffic and understanding of the niche is a plus;
• Proficiency in English for communication and content handling.
