Who We Are

Vistaprint is seeking a strategic leader to join our Global Email Marketing team, overseeing email programs in the German and Dutch markets. You will be part of a team responsible for creating campaign and customer strategies across 16 markets in North America and Europe, aiming to increase customer engagement, incentivize purchases, and drive long-term customer value. Collaborating with our Creative, Go to Market, and Analytics teams, the Global Email Team implements these strategies and optimizes actions based on performance. The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of experience in strategic channel marketing with a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns.

Your Responsibilities

1. Oversee email marketing plans for Germany and the Netherlands, providing strategic input to meet business objectives and surpass financial targets.
2. Manage and monitor KPIs, influencing campaign strategies to exceed financial goals, and report weekly results to stakeholders.
3. Apply marketing expertise to contribute innovative ideas and develop strategic channel roadmaps.
4. Partner with creative and Go to Market teams to align campaign concepts with platform goals and best practices.
5. Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across offers, creative, and segmentation.
6. Collaborate with global teams from marketing, creative, content, and analytics to enhance marketing plans and meet objectives.
7. Develop new processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows and deliver value to customers efficiently.

• Experience with agile or scrum methodologies.
• Experience with forecasting and analytical tools like Looker.
