Qualifications

• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
• Answer questions on menu selections and liaise with kitchen about menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders and availability.
• Record transactions in MICROS at time of order.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment throughout the day.
• Complete closing duties and restock items.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Welcome guests and respond to service requests with clear, professional communication.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
