You will set tables to standard, handle MICROS transactions, and ensure a clean work area throughout the shift, while complying with safety and company policies. Experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No certification required.

Responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer questions on menu; communicate with kitchen about wait times and special requests.
• Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and/or beverage.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and station.
• Complete closing duties and restock items as needed.
• Present the check and process payment.
