Perk is seeking an Executive / VIP Business Travel Consultant to deliver seven-star service to senior leaders and high-value corporate clients. You will manage complex itineraries, leverage GDS tools, and act as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced, premium travel environment.

The role supports hybrid work options with hub-based in-person days or fully remote on a 2-year fixed-term contract, demanding exceptional communication and ownership of travel solutions for demanding clients.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering high-touch, premium customer service (Executive travel, hospitality, aviation, luxury brands, or similar)
• GDS experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar
• Strong understanding of contact centre performance metrics (productivity, efficiency, CSAT)
• Exceptional communication skills with a polished, confident, discreet style
• Ability to remain calm, decisive and solution-focused in high-pressure situations
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of Executive and VIP corporate travel (air, hotel, ground transport)
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveller preferences and policy
• Handle urgent and high-impact travel disruptions with speed and empathy
• Manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced Executive Care environment
• Balance premium service with productivity KPIs (handle time, SLA)
• Build long-term relationships with Executive travellers through high-quality service
• Collaborate with peers to maintain elite service culture
